help for lost & found animals

If you have lost or found an animal, there are a few different numbers you can call to register the information. These numbers are listed to the left.

In the case of lost animals, we would also recommend calling the local veterinary surgeries, the local council refuse collection section (cats), the local police (dogs) and perhaps the local radio stations to request a bulletin go out on air.

It is always worth doing your own flyers and targeting neighbours in particular; ask them to check their outbuildings and keep an eye out for your missing pet.

Making all these calls will ensure as many people as possible are looking for your beloved pet, and you will hopefully feel that you have done everything you can to retrieve them. We have all been there and experienced the sense of panic and frustration a missing pet can cause. Make every possible effort to ensure missing pets are found quicker by microchipping and using collars and ID tags/ barrells.
