Animal Concern Cumbria North Lakes and Solway is run entirely by volunteers. The branch does not have a sanctuary or private kenneling facility - our animals are predominately in foster homes.
Our co-ordinators are volunteers (often with jobs!) and you will be contacting them in their homes, please consider this when calling.

Cumbria’s own Adventurer and children’s TV Presenter HELEN SKELTON is star guest and speaker at a special evening hosted by PARAGON VETERINARY GROUP at Carlisle Racecourse on Friday September 17, starting at 7.30pm. Entry is free but tickets must be reserved in advance. CALL 01228 710208 to make sure of your place. RAFFLE, STALLS & REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE TO BUY. We will also be there.
