How You Can Help Animal Concern Cumbria
These are just a few of the ways you could help the work of our branch
and the charity as a whole.
and the charity as a whole.
Become a Member
Becoming a member of Animal Concern Cumbria ensures a regular commitment to the charity. It costs from just £5 a year which is not a lot considering the hundreds of animals we are able to help in just one year!
Please click on this button to get our downloadable membership form, print out, fill in and post. That's all it takes to make a difference to the animals in our care.
You can also make a regular monthly donation using this form - this is a great way to send us regular amounts of money. We hope to have the option of sponsoring a pet or pen available soon. The address for posting is on our Contacts page.

Fostering
Fostering is a great practical way to help the animals within our care and can be incredibly rewarding. It is also often time-consuming, stressful and requires patience, understanding and a real passion for the animals involved. Foster animals are often best kept seperate from any existing pets, unless your pets are particularly understanding, and can come with all manner of problems - both physical and emotional!
If you are still interested in becoming one of our small band of home fosterers, please email us with something about yourself or call one of the numbers to the left.

Volunteering
There are other ways you can give us some support - we're always desperate for people to help hands-on with things like; helping at supermarket collections, helping on stalls at shows etc, helping with cleaning out of the animals etc. If you are interested in joining our Commitee or just want to find out more, please call us or email.
