Just Adopted -
Animals re-homed
this month
March - April 2009
. Handsome bunny Red went to a fantastic new home in Millom on 2nd March to become companion to a bun who had recently lost her hubbie!
. The last of a litter of formerly feral kittens, sisters Fleur and Myrtle, have secured a fabulous country home near Kirkbride where they will be mousing to their hearts content.
. Father and son rabbits Oliver and Murray have gone to live with a couple who recently lost their previously adopted bun.
. Grey cat Smokey has gone to live with a lovely lady in East Yorkshire! Her family live local and have adopted four cats from us recently, so Smokey's new mum was highly recommended.
. Two of our most prolific adopters, and good supporters, from Carnforth called up on the 15th March and adopted five rabbits, two chinchillas, two male guinea-pigs and an elderly rat! What a result.
. Lovely cat Lottie has gone to a new home in Houghton, Carlisle on the 25th March
APRIL
. Handsome rabbit Geoff was rehomed this month to live with a lonely female bun.
. Baby buns Nettle and Burdock found a lovely new home
. One of our French Lops, Claudette, was successfully paired with a German Lop and has gone to live at his home!
. This month we have also rehomed dogs Pixie and Fernie
. Cats Malina and Farrell who arrived together have been rehomed to two new homes; Malina has gone to Currock in Carlisle and Farrell to a country home in Kirkbride. Both families have adopted from us previously.
. 'Reet Petite' cat Rita has gone to live in Stanwix, Carlisle as a companion to a young cat.
